Past miles of vineyards and rolling hills, the Torii Mor Winery tasting room might not be the closest stop on any tour of the Dundee Hills wine region, but its excellent wines and beautiful building are very worth a visit. Take a wine flight and sample bottles including a variety of pinot noirs, pinot gris and others while relaxing in the Japanese-styled home. Make a point of sampling the port if it is available as well, the wine is absolutely delicious and quite unique in terms of the usual local Oregon wines. Surrounded by a Japanese garden and acres of vineyards, the winery is close to others including the Maresh Red Barn and Erath Vineyards.
